Education/Animation Work

Preparation, dissemination and discussion of popular education materials on the rights of the indigenous peoples of the Cordillera; the particular rights of the youth and students; the issues and problems that confront the indigenous youth and students, and the alternatives.

Organizing

Helps in the formation and consolidation of community-based and school-based youth and student organizations. Provides training in organizing and organizational management.

Solidarity Work

Develops and strengthens links and relations with Philippine and other indigenous organizations, specially with indigenous youth.

Campaigns

Launches and participates in systematic and sustained activities towards the recognition of the rights of indigenous peoples and that of the youth and students in particular. Disseminates information on indigenous peoples and youth and students concerns, and enlists support of various sectors.

Cultural Development

Launches, encourages and enlists youth participation in activities that seeks to strengthen, renew, rehabilitate and develop indigenous social and cultural institutions and practices.
